On the basis of this information, we process the following data of the Data Subject:<\/li><li>Name:<\/li><li>Name at birth:<\/li><li>Place and date of birth:<\/li><li>Mother's maiden name:<\/li><li>Place of residence:<\/li><li>Residence:<\/li><li>Citizenship:<\/li><li>Social Security Identification Number (SSID)<\/li><\/ul><p>As the service provider, when providing the service (Catering), is subject to the provisions of the Government Decree 415\/2015 (XII. 23.) Regulation (EU) No.. The Service Provider shall record the personal data in the KENYSZI system described above\u00a0<strong>to any third party beyond the recording of the data.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>Concepts:<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Under the GDPR\u00a0<strong>\u201epersonal data\u201d<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong>\u00a0any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (\u201edata subject\u201d); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person. In the interpretation of the Info Act, personal data is any information relating to the data subject.<\/p><p><strong>\u00a0\u201econtribution\u201d<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong>\u00a0a clear and active kitchen or social kitchen)<\/p><p>\u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong><u>primary child welfare services<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0(exception: families may request information before a temporary admission (<strong>right to prior information<\/strong>),<\/p><ol><li>on request, have their personal data and information relating to their processing made available to them by the controller (<strong>right of access<\/strong>),<\/li><li>have their personal data corrected or completed by the controller at their request (<strong>right to rectification<\/strong>),<\/li><li>at their request, the controller restricts the processing of their personal data (<strong>the right to restriction of processing<\/strong>),<\/li><li>have their personal data deleted by the controller at their request (<strong>in case of cancellation, parallel use is
