A hat\u00e1lyos jogszab\u00e1lyok alapj\u00e1n ez azt jelenti, hogy t\u00e1mogat\u00f3ink jelent\u0151s ad\u00f3kedvezm\u00e9nyekben r\u00e9szes\u00fclnek az \u00e1ltalunk ki\u00e1ll\u00edtott ad\u00f3igazol\u00e1s alapj\u00e1n.<\/div>\n

A t\u00e1rsas\u00e1gi ad\u00f3r\u00f3l \u00e9s az osztal\u00e9kad\u00f3r\u00f3l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 1996. \u00e9vi LXXXI. t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny (Tao.tv) 7. \u00a7 (1) z) pontja szerint az ad\u00f3z\u00e1s el\u0151tti eredm\u00e9nyt cs\u00f6kkenti a k\u00f6zhaszn\u00fa szervezetnek, a k\u00f6zhaszn\u00fa szervezettel k\u00f6t\u00f6tt adom\u00e1nyoz\u00e1si szerz\u0151d\u00e9s keret\u00e9ben, az egyes\u00fcl\u00e9si jogr\u00f3l, a k\u00f6zhaszn\u00fa jog\u00e1ll\u00e1sr\u00f3l, valamint a civil szervezetek m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l \u00e9s t\u00e1mogat\u00e1s\u00e1r\u00f3l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny szerinti k\u00f6zhaszn\u00fa tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g t\u00e1mogat\u00e1s\u00e1ra, a Magyar K\u00e1rment\u0151 Alapnak, a Nemzeti Kultur\u00e1lis Alapnak, tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 a mez\u0151gazdas\u00e1gi termel\u00e9st \u00e9rint\u0151 id\u0151j\u00e1r\u00e1si \u00e9s m\u00e1s term\u00e9szeti kock\u00e1zatok kezel\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 2011. \u00e9vi CLXVIII. t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny 7. \u00a7 (1) bekezd\u00e9se szerinti mez\u0151gazdas\u00e1gi kock\u00e1zatkezel\u00e9si p\u00e9nzeszk\u00f6z (a tov\u00e1bbiakban: K\u00e1renyh\u00edt\u00e9si Alap) jav\u00e1ra \u00f6nk\u00e9ntesen, nem jogszab\u00e1lyi k\u00f6telez\u00e9s alapj\u00e1n vagy a fels\u0151oktat\u00e1si int\u00e9zm\u00e9nynek fels\u0151oktat\u00e1si t\u00e1mogat\u00e1si meg\u00e1llapod\u00e1s keret\u00e9ben az ad\u00f3\u00e9vben visszafizet\u00e9si k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9g n\u00e9lk\u00fcl adott t\u00e1mogat\u00e1s, juttat\u00e1s, t\u00e9r\u00edt\u00e9s n\u00e9lk\u00fcl \u00e1tadott eszk\u00f6z k\u00f6nyv szerinti \u00e9rt\u00e9k\u00e9nek, t\u00e9r\u00edt\u00e9s n\u00e9lk\u00fcl ny\u00fajtott szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s beker\u00fcl\u00e9si \u00e9rt\u00e9k\u00e9nekza) 20 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9ka \u2013 tart\u00f3s adom\u00e1nyoz\u00e1si szerz\u0151d\u00e9s keret\u00e9ben 40 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9ka \u2013 k\u00f6zhaszn\u00fa szervezet,

Az egyes\u00fcl\u00e9si jogr\u00f3l, a k\u00f6zhaszn\u00fa jog\u00e1ll\u00e1sr\u00f3l, valamint a civil szervezetek m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l \u00e9s t\u00e1mogat\u00e1s\u00e1r\u00f3l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 2011. \u00e9vi CLXXV. t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny ( Civil tv.). 2. \u00a7 \u00a027. pontja szerint \u00a0tart\u00f3s adom\u00e1nyoz\u00e1s: a civil szervezet \u00e9s az adom\u00e1nyoz\u00f3 \u00e1ltal \u00edr\u00e1sban k\u00f6t\u00f6tt szerz\u0151d\u00e9s alapj\u00e1n ny\u00fajtott p\u00e9nzbeli t\u00e1mogat\u00e1s, ha a szerz\u0151d\u00e9sben az adom\u00e1nyoz\u00f3 arra v\u00e1llal k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9get, hogy az adom\u00e1nyt a szerz\u0151d\u00e9sk\u00f6t\u00e9s (szerz\u0151d\u00e9sm\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00e1s) \u00e9v\u00e9ben \u00e9s az azt k\u00f6vet\u0151 legal\u00e1bb h\u00e1rom \u00e9vben, \u00e9vente legal\u00e1bb egy alkalommal – azonos vagy n\u00f6vekv\u0151 \u00f6sszegben – ellenszolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s n\u00e9lk\u00fcl adja, azzal, hogy nem sz\u00e1m\u00edt ellenszolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1snak, ha a k\u00f6zhaszn\u00fa szervezet a k\u00f6zhaszn\u00fa szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s ny\u00fajt\u00e1sa keret\u00e9ben utal az adom\u00e1nyoz\u00f3 nev\u00e9re, tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g\u00e9re.<\/div>\n
