Information for Volunteers
This document contains the information about the Food for Life Public Benefit Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the „Data Controller”) to inform the data subjects (hereinafter referred to as "Data Subjects") who fill in the form available on the website http://karitativ.hu (hereinafter referred to as "Website") about the processing of their personal data.

- Grounds for processing, purposes, scope of data processed and duration of processing
The legal basis for the processing of all recorded data is the voluntary consent of the Data Subject (hereinafter referred to as the "Data Subject") pursuant to Section 5 (1) a) of Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (hereinafter referred to as "Act on Information"). On the basis of the information, we process the following data of the Data Subject:

The data provided on the above-mentioned website may be transferred by the Data Controller to church entities and companies owned by the Data Controller for processing.
- Cookie processing
The Data Controller may place a small data package, a so-called cookie, on the computer of the Data Subjects in order to ensure the personalized and efficient use of the Website and to provide the most complete user experience. Cookies are identifiers that the Website, or the server of the partner collecting the cookie, may send to the computer used by the Data Subject to identify the computer used while on the Website and to store technical data (such as click-throughs, other navigation data) relating to the use of the Website. Most browsers automatically accept these cookies by default. You can turn off the storage of cookies or set your browser to notify you before a cookie is stored on your computer. These settings apply only to the browser program and computer used, and the settings for cookies and their deactivation must be configured separately for each computer and browser. - Your rights in relation to data processing
3.1 Right to information and right to object
The right to request information at any time by post, electronically, through the contact details indicated in the prospectus, to the data we process, personal data about you.
We will inform you if you request:
- about the data processed,
- the purpose of the processing,
- legal basis,
- duration,
- about who is receiving or has received your data and for what purposes.
The information will be provided in writing, on paper or electronically depending on the form of the request, within 25 days of the request.
You can object to the processing of your personal data at any time. We will examine the objection within the shortest possible time from the date of lodging it, but within a maximum of 25 days, decide whether it is justified and inform you of our decision.
3.2. Deletion, correction, blocking of data
At any time, you have the right to have your personal data processed by us deleted, or incorrectly recorded personal data ask for a correction.
We will only be unable to comply with a request for cancellation if the cancellation would also cover a document that we are required by law (e.g. the Accounting Act) to keep.
In addition, we will block personal data if you request it or if we have information available to us that suggests that deletion would harm your legitimate interests. We will process the blocked personal data for as long as the processing purpose or legitimate interest that precluded the deletion of the personal data persists.
We will comply with your request for deletion, rectification and blocking as soon as possible, but no later than 25 days, and we will notify you. If we are unable to comply with your request, we will still notify you within 25 days.
Where we have transferred the data to another person with your consent, we will also notify the recipient of the transfer of the steps to be taken.

- Data security
In the operation of our IT systems, we use the necessary rights management, internal organisation and technical solutions to ensure that your data cannot be accessed, deleted, deleted from the system or modified by unauthorised persons. We also enforce data protection and data security requirements with our data processors.
We keep records of any data breaches and, if necessary, we will inform you of any incidents that occur.
Other provisions
We reserve the right to unilaterally amend this Privacy Notice, except for changes to the legal basis, purpose and scope of data processing. The amendment will enter into force on the date of its publication on karitativ.hu.
This Privacy Notice is valid from 25 May 2018.
The Haré Krishna Food for Life Mission (hereinafter referred to as the "Organization") respects the privacy of every individual who visits its websites and any information collected about you will be used to inform you about our programs. We do this through lawful use of the information.
This information will not be disclosed to anyone outside the Organisation. The information is processed in accordance with the legal provisions of Hungarian law on data protection and may only be transmitted and stored with the consent of the person concerned.
As an individual, you have the right to be informed about what information we hold about you and to make changes if necessary; you also have the right to ask us not to use the information or to request that we delete your data from our records by contacting us at the following email address: [email protected].
Information
By providing your personal data, you consent to their inclusion in the database of the Organisation as data controller and their use by the Organisation for future sending of information materials without any further consideration and without any specific authorisation, until receipt of your possible objection. The Organisation (headquarters: 1039 Budapest, Lehel u. 15.) is responsible for data processing. The personal data voluntarily provided by you at the time of registration will not be disclosed to third parties other than the employees and data processors of the Organisation. Except for transfers permitted or required by law, the Organisation will only transfer your personal data to third parties with your explicit and prior consent.
The Foundation will process your data in accordance with the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Personal Data and the Disclosure of Information of Public Interest. Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information - confidentially, in accordance with the conditions laid down by law.
