Social catering - For the use of the soup kitchen service

The purpose of this privacy statement and declaration is to ensure that the activities of the service provider comply with the applicable legal regulations, in particular with regard to the obligations set out in Act CXII of 2011 and EU Regulation 2016/679, and to protect the vital interests of the data subjects, in particular the possibility to use the service, in addition to the lawful processing of the data of the data subjects using the service.

  • The legal basis, purpose, scope of data processed and duration of data processing: the legal basis of data processing for all data recorded is the consent of the person using the social catering service pursuant to Section 5 (1) a) of Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (hereinafter: Info.tv.). On the basis of this information, we process the following data of the Data Subject:

As the service provider, when providing the service (Catering), is subject to the provisions of the Government Decree 415/2015 (XII. 23.) Regulation (EU) No.. The Service Provider shall record the personal data in the KENYSZI system described above to any third party beyond the recording of the data.

 Concepts:

 Under the GDPR „personal data”: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person („data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person. In the interpretation of the Info Act, personal data is any information relating to the data subject.

 „contribution”: a clear and active indication, on a voluntary, explicit and properly informed basis, of the data subject's wishes, by which he or she signifies, by a statement or by other conduct unambiguously expressing his or her wishes, his or her consent to the processing of personal data relating to him or her;

  „data management”: whatever the procedure used, any operation or set of operations which is performed upon the data, in particular any collection, recording, recording, organisation, storage, alteration, use, retrieval, disclosure, transmission, alignment or combination, blocking, erasure or destruction of data, prevention of their further use, taking of photographs, sound recordings or images and the recording of physical characteristics which can be used to identify a person (e.g. fingerprints, palm prints, DNA samples, iris scans).

 We inform our clients using our services that the Under Annex 2, point 5(i) of the Additional Rules (rules on simultaneous application) to the Implementing Rules the soup kitchen service cannot be used in parallel with the following services:

–           social catering (people's kitchen or social kitchen)

–           primary child welfare services (exception: families may request information before a temporary admission (right to prior information),

  1. on request, have their personal data and information relating to their processing made available to them by the controller (right of access),
  2. have their personal data corrected or completed by the controller at their request (right to rectification),
  3. at their request, the controller restricts the processing of their personal data (the right to restriction of processing),
  4. have their personal data deleted by the controller at their request (in case of cancellation, parallel use is possible)–           specialised childcare (exception: in the case of aftercare, parallel use is possible)           specialised social care (exceptions: night shelters, temporary accommodation for homeless people, supported housing with the possibility of parallel use)
