Complaints handling

Our guests can contact the head of the Food for Life Foundation with their complaints in writing, using the contact details below:

  • By post: 1039 Budapest, Lehel utca 15-17.

The head of the Foundation is obliged to investigate the complaint and to notify the complainant in writing of the outcome of the investigation within fifteen days.

If the head of the Foundation fails to take action within the deadline or if the complainant does not agree with the action, he or she may appeal to the maintenance authority within eight days of receiving the notification.

The Foundation undertakes to notify the contracting municipality in writing without delay of any complaint it receives and of the outcome of the investigation of the complaint.
