300 hungry people received food packages
Strollers, wheelchairs, young children being held by the hand, elderly people leaning on canes—a quiet line had formed at the Anna Fountain. There were some younger people as well, but it was mostly the older generation who came—for whom putting food on the table is a serious struggle month after month.
