Food is being distributed at several locations across the country during the holidays to those in need, families living in poor social conditions, and the homeless.

On Sunday, the Association for Supporting Those in Need distributed 300 servings of bean stew, bread with lard, and hot tea in Budapest’s 15th district, in the parking lot in front of Testvériség Field, while the Order of Vitéz and the Carpathians Association will distribute food and clothing at Örs vezér Square. On Szent István Square in Nyíregyháza, those in need can receive food from members of the Átutazók Art Association. In Miskolc and Debrecen, the Hungarian Society for Krishna Consciousness is inviting 300 people in each city to share a meal.
