Many of those who have donated 1% of their tax to our Foundation this year have probably received or will receive a notice from the Tax and Revenue Office (APEH) that - with reference to Article 7 (4) of Act CXXVI of 1996 - the Foundation is not entitled to the amount donated. For those who have received such a letter, please DO NOT WAIT! You will shortly receive a letter refuting this.

The reason for the cancellation was a form that was submitted too late, but was later accepted by the Office, so the 1% donated will be transferred this year and used for the Christmas campaigns.
