Dear Readers, you’ve likely come to expect that at our distribution centers in Budapest and Eger, we distribute thousands of meals every day, five days a week. Now a long-held dream of ours has come true: although we’ve been distributing food once a week in the Marcali area until now, we’re launching our five-day service there as well, starting today.
Every weekday, Monday through Friday, we will provide this service to those in need referred by the local family assistance service, serving 250 meals a day. However, there is a great need for assistance not only in Marcali but also in the neighboring small towns. Due to local conditions, however, some of those in need are unable to reach the distribution center in town; therefore, we will deliver pre-portioned meals to Kéthely and Horvátkút, which are part of Marcali.
Based on the feedback we’ve received, our guests really love our delicious vegetarian one-dish meals and are especially grateful for the complementary items. Thank you for your support, which allows us to help even more people!
