November 12 is Social Work Day. Across the country, the work of organizations and professionals in the social sector is recognized through various awards and ceremonies. On Friday, Attila Fülöp, State Secretary for Social Policy at the Ministry of the Interior, also expressed his gratitude to the approximately 100,000 people working in the social sector.
Attila Szanyi-Karl, the director of our foundation, was awarded the Ágoston Fischer Óbuda Social Award; we’ll be sharing more about this with you soon.
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank our permanent team members, staff, and volunteer heroes for their work! “Food for Life” is made complete by you and your dedicated efforts. We are grateful for every minute you devote to this wonderful service—we are very proud of you!
We’re continuing our work at full speed this year as well. We’re already preparing for the Christmas Charity Dinner, where we’ll need your support once again.
