Food Distribution on Children's Day in Óbuda and Mikepércs
On May 26, we held another special food distribution event in Óbuda. We served 800 packages of non-perishable food and a hot lunch to families referred to us by the district family assistance service. We also organized activities to celebrate Children’s Day. At Flórián Square, a bouncy castle, a fire truck, a petting zoo, candy, lemonade, face painting, a young magician’s apprentice, and a balloon-twisting clown awaited the children. „As part of our ”Like a Bite of Bread” food distribution program, we visited Nagykanizsa for the second time this year. We provided 160 servings of hot lunch, oranges, yogurt, Christmas candy, and fresh bread to the families.
