We also participate every year in the Hungarian Food Bank Association’s Christmas donation drive.
This is a fantastic initiative during which you can meet us at three major department stores over the course of three days. On November 19, 20, and 21, you’ll find us at:
– at the METRO store in Budakalász,
– at the AUCHAN store in Budaörs,
– In Eger, in the Nagy TESCO building.
So, how can you help?
Come on by and, as part of your Advent preparations, choose a few non-perishable items that you think might be important for families in need. Something that would make the holidays more joyful and fulfilling for them. Something you yourself would really need if you were waiting for Christmas without any money to your name. You can drop off the items you’ve purchased at the Food for Life Foundation counter to our volunteers, and we’ll distribute them right there.
In other words, as part of our Christmas campaign, we will be distributing these items to the most needy families, the elderly, families with many children, the unemployed, and the sick in that region.
Help us ensure that those in need can also celebrate Christmas around a well-set table!
