The Krishna Community of Believers in Hungary is holding a special food distribution as part of its child feeding programme. On the occasion of International Children's Day, a Children's Day celebration will be held in Óbuda on Saturday 26 May, in cooperation with the local Family Support Service, and on Thursday 7 June, in connection with the Hungarian Food Bank Association's application, for the beneficiaries of the Special Education and Development Institute. The two events are an excellent example of long-term, effective cooperation between aid organisations.

At the two locations, around 400 children will be served food, sweets, chocolate and fresh cow's milk by the organisation's volunteers in connection with World Milk Day. In addition to delicious food, gifts and surprises, families will also be invited to a cultural programme and a children's day show. A magician, balloon-folding, face painting and music programme await children and their parents, in the hope that the weekends in May and June will provide not only a daily minimum of nutritional value, but also an experience for those who come.
