The Food for Life Foundation has published a shocking picture on its Facebook page. The Budapest centre of the Krishna Community of Believers in Hungary, in cooperation with the Óbuda-Békásmegyer Municipality, distributed food to the needy on 22 December. The photo shows that hundreds of disadvantaged people attended the event.

For Christmas, a warm meal was accompanied by a rich food parcel for the needy. The Christmas parcel contained the most common household staples, a variety of fruit and vegetables, and the children were given a wide range of gifts, sweets, toys and stickers.
