Our NGOs represent our society, our community. And we can only achieve this if we can involve as many people as possible in our activities as staff. Our organisation is only viable if it can mobilise committed volunteers to help it achieve its mission and goals. The more volunteers we can involve in our work, the more we can feel the support of society and the local community behind us.
