Krishna devotees in Eger are helping those in need by providing Christmas food packages, fresh hot lunches, toys, and clothing. In addition to 300 hot lunches served daily, they are distributing another 600 packages of non-perishable food donations.

The Krishna devotees’ series of Christmas charity programs reaches its peak at the end of December as part of the “Food for Life” Mission to Feed the Poor. In addition to the daily distribution of hundreds of meals to the local community, on two weekends they will distribute an additional 300 servings of hot one-dish meals, bread, and generous packages of non-perishable food to those in need in Eger. In addition, toys and clothing will be distributed on December 21, and on December 28, another 300 people will receive assistance in the same manner.
