Pakora (Indian fried vegetables)

Mix half a kg of yellow pea flour with 10 dkg of white flour, then add 2 tsp of hing, 5 dkg of sesame seeds and a little salt. Cut the vegetables into small pieces. If the surface of the vegetables is wet after slicing, wipe dry, otherwise the pasta will not stick. You can use any kind of vegetables, be it pumpkin, cauliflower, courgette, aubergine, potatoes, etc.
