Stuffed peppers

Prepare 10 dkg cottage cheese or homemade cheese (breadcrumbs).Drain 5 small peppers, steam in boiling water for a few minutes. Cook 1 dl of rice in 2 dl of water, then knead with the cottage cheese or crumbled homemade cheese. Add salt, 3 tsp red pepper, 2 tsp hing, 2 tsp pepper and a little oil. Make a tomato sauce: fry a little hing in a little oil, sprinkle with a little paprika and add 1 kg of tomatoes, grated or peeled and blended. Cook with sugar and salt, then thicken with 1 tbsp. flour. If you wish, you can add more water or tomato juice. Place the stuffed peppers in the finished tomato sauce and cook over a low heat for a while longer to allow the flavours to blend. Of course, this dish needs to be served with something else, and parsley potatoes are the best accompaniment.
