The Meals for Life Foundation respects the privacy of every person visiting our websites and any information we collect about you will be used to inform you about our programmes and festivals. We do this through the lawful use of information.

By submitting your personal data, you consent to their inclusion in the database of the Food for Life Charitable Foundation as data controller (hereinafter referred to as "ÉÉKA") and their use by ÉÉKA for future mailings of its flyers without any further consideration or special permission until receipt of your declaration of objection. The data processing is carried out by ÉÉKA (headquarters: 1039 Lehel u. 15., Budapest). The personal data voluntarily provided by you at the time of registration cannot be disclosed to third parties other than ÉÉKA's employees and data processors. The data processed about you will be transmitted by ÉÉKA to third parties only with your explicit and prior consent, except for transfers permitted or required by law.
ÉÉKA treats your data confidentially in accordance with the Act CXII of 2011 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Disclosure of Data of Public Interest on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information - the conditions set out in the Act.
Data processing for donations
Donations are tax exempt.
I acknowledge that the following personal data stored by the data controller ÉÉKA (registered office: 1039 Lehel u. 15., Budapest, 1039 Bp.) in the user database of [email protected] will be transferred to OTP Mobil Kft. as the data processor. The following data are transferred by the data controller: name, e-mail address.

Recurring payment by credit card („Recurring Payment”) is a credit card acceptance feature provided by SimplePay, which means that the credit card details provided by the Customer during the registration transaction can be used to make future payments without having to re-enter the credit card details. The recurring payment type is called „case-by-case consent” and is subject to case-by-case approval by the Customer for each transaction, i.e., you must approve the transaction for all future payments. You will always be notified of a successful payment through the same channels as a traditional credit card payment.
For recurring payments, by accepting this declaration you agree that after a successful registration transaction in this webshop: karitativ.hu. If you accept this registration, subsequent payments made from your account here will be processed without you having to re-enter your credit card details.

Credit card data is processed in accordance with the card company's rules. Neither ÉÉKA nor SimplePay has access to the credit card data. For repeated payment transactions initiated by the Merchant in error or illegally, ÉÉKA is directly liable, and any claims against the Merchant's payment service provider (SimplePay) are excluded.
