We collected 7,300 kg of food during the fundraising weekend
Over the weekend, we took part in a fantastic initiative organized by the Hungarian Food Bank Association—a food drive involving 6,500 volunteers and more than 130 stores. We visited the Miskolc-Lyukóvölgy region, which used to be a mining town but later became depopulated and is now home to severely disadvantaged families. Our rural food distribution program, called „Like a Slice of Bread,” helped 100 families this time.
